As part of Boston Consulting Group's RISE Digital Sales and Marketing Programme, our team partnered GoodFoodPeople, SaladStop!'s exciting new online vegan food delivery brand selling both groceries and pre-made meals to improve the brand's full funnel marketing strategy, including acquisition, brand awareness, conversion and retention. Our role was to assess, provide constructive and focused recommendations, and inspire the brand owners on their next step forward.
PROBLEM
GoodFoodPeople needed to improve acquisition, awareness, engagement and conversion both in the short term and long term.
Like any start-up, GoodFoodPeople needed to grow fast.​ It had been in operation for a year before we were brought on to improve its operations and brand presence.
SOLUTION
Proposed targeted recommendations for content marketing strategy, paid marketing, channel sales strategy and UI/UX improvement.
Content Marketing Strategy
Engage each target persona at all stages of the customer journey with a multi-channel strategy. For example, start seeding original video content to drive long term conversions and implement drip marketing as a quick win to grow engagement and conversion.
Paid Marketing Plan
Increase awareness, engagement, driving conversion through a combination of Facebook paid Ads and Google paid Ads while leveraging Instagram for unpaid posts to maintain brand presence.
Channel Sales Strategy
Better meet service levels by joining pandamart and GrabSupermarket, and increase potential customer base via Shopee.
Customer Journey & Website UI/UX
Adopt best practices from competitors and the wider e-commerce industry to reinforce value proposition in customers' minds and invite engagement at all stages of the customer journey.




RESULTS
Our group earned a distinction for scoring top 10% in the project presentation, and the brand has adopted some of the recommendations such as UI/UX which is expected to increase engagement and conversion.
